This target group is currently being used in follow-up processing (for
example generation of E-mails or activities). In this process, the
system processes all the business partners belonging to the target
group in a background job. Only once this job has finished processing
all the business partners in the target group can the status "Locked by
Follow-Up Processing" be reset.
Check the status of the background job and if it has stopped, restart
it.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
