    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    In table SMOFPARSFA<(>,<)> parameter REBATE_RECIPIENT_CHANGE_ALLOWED
    is set to blank.

    The system raises an error preventing the Trade Promotion from being
    saved.
