What causes this issue?

The BW selection report has been started from the top n interface.
However, there are no target groups assigned to the corresponding top n
item. Assign target groups to the top n item.
If profiles or profile sets are assigned to the top n item, then no
target groups will exist for the profiles (in the case of profile sets,
no duplicate-free target group will exist).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Start the <DS:TRAN.CRMD_MKTSEG>Segment Builder</> and create target
groups for the appropriate segments.
