The install type has been specified as 1 (i.e. Loyalty is installed in
the same system as CRM) but the system cannot find the Loyalty software
component CRMLOY.
The system throws an error.
The following can be done -
1. If you do not want to use Loyalty Management, please set the Install
Type to 0.
2. If you are using Loyalty management, make sure the Loyalty component
(CRMLOY) is installed in this system.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
