What causes this issue?

This quotation has a previous document that is either complete or
closed. Due to the quantity treatment, however, you can only reset a
quotation for processing if either no previous document exists or the
previous document has a status other than <ZK>Complete</> or <ZK>Closed
</>.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Set an active status for the previous document to this quotation (see
document flow). If this is not possible due to the system settings, you
cannot reset this quotation for processing. In this case, you will have
to create a new quotation with similar data and use that one.
