What causes this issue?

BRFplus function &SYST-MSGV2& is used in product &SYST-MSGV1&. The
newest product version has been released but not yet transported.
If the function is changed, the product version will not be
transportable. A new product version has to be created before the
product can be successfully transported again.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

It is recommended to transport product &SYST-MSGV1& before changing
function &SYST-MSGV2&.
Alternatively you can create a copy of the BRFplus function to be able
to make changes independent from other products.
