    A utility item has been created in deregulated environment. The point of
    delivery associated with this item is due to be deactivated so the
    status I2413 (UMWO - Wait for End of Supply) is set. This blocks
    replication of the new item - resulting in a move-in - until the old
    item has been deactivated - resulting in a move-out in the ERP System.
    The status I2413 is not removed due to an error if the start of supply
    is confirmed before the end of supply. The status I2403 (UAAC -
    Activation Accepted) is set. There is no standard process which removes
    the status I2413. The new item is not replicated to ERP System.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
