    Procedure for System Administrators

    If you have not yet done so, perform the following:
    Set the user parameter BSP_WD_MESSAGE_LEVEL to the value <LB>9</>.
    This enables the display of framework messages.
    Set the user parameter CRM_CENTRAL_SEARCH to the value <LB>REBUILD_MENU
    </>.
    This triggers a menu build with each application start.
    Restart the application to activate the changes.
    Reproduce the problem and check the error messages following this
    message for further details.
    The following might also be required:
    Adjusting the central search Customizing (transaction SPRO)
    Activating BSP services (transaction SICF)
    Enhancing the authorizations of the current user who is accessing views
    related to central search entries
