    What causes this issue?

    The PPF action &V1& that closes the dependent transactions of a closed
    case was executed.
    However, before closing dependent transactions this action ensures that
    the status of the case is set to <ZK>Closed</>. The system could not
    determine that the status is <ZK>Closed</>.

    How to fix this error?

    Close the dependent transaction for this case by setting its status to
    <ZK>Closed</>.
    If the status is already set to <ZK>Closed</>, go to transaction
    <DS:TRAN.SPPFP>SPPFP</> and search for the PPF action definition &V1&
    with application key &V2&. Execute it again. If the problem persists,
    report it to SAP support.
