- External assignment ID &1 was used more than once ?The SAP error message CRD_MDA199 indicates that an external assignment ID has been used more than once in a context where it is expected to be unique. This typically occurs in scenarios involving data imports, such as when uploading master data or transactional data into the SAP system.

Solution:

- Data Cleansing: If duplicates are found, you may need to cleanse the data to ensure that each external assignment ID is unique before attempting the import again.
- Modify Import Logic: If the data is being generated programmatically, ensure that the logic used to create external assignment IDs guarantees uniqueness.
- Use Different IDs: If the same external assignment ID is necessary for different records, consider using a different ID for each record to avoid conflicts.
- Testing: After making the necessary changes, test the import process with a smaller dataset to ensure that the error does not occur again.
