    The external number &v1& was assigned more than once to the creation
    process for credential type &v2& and credential description &v3& .
    Since the process cannot decide which of these assignments should
    actually be created on the database, none of the assignments will be
    created.

    System Response

    All assignments with the same external assignment ID will be identified
    by the process as containing errors and will not be created on the
    database.

    How to fix this error?

    Call the process to create assignments with consistent data.
