Check that the corrections of SAP note 2085590 exist in your system. If
this is the case, determine the detailed description of the error root
cause in the following way:
Set a break point in method DELETE_DS_SIG_INTERNAL of the class
CL_SIGNATURE_POC. Place it behind the CATCH statement
Repeat the deletion of the browser-based PI Sheet/electronic work
instruction &V1&
The detailed description of the error cause is stored in the variable
that contains the text of the exception message (lv_exc_ltxt).
Before implementation of the corrections, the data of signature
processes that belong to browser-based PI Sheets/electronic work
instructions was only partially deleted: The Meta data of the signature
processes was deleted from the database. The data of the signature
processes remained in the database tables of the signature tool.
The removal of these obsolete entries is only possible with the help of
report DS_DELETE_ORPHAN_SIGS of SAP note 2085590. Carefully read the
description of the solution of SAP note first. Then start the report
DS_DELETE_ORPHAN_SIGS and enter the following data:
Application of the digital signature: &V2&
Object of the digital signature: &V3&
Execute the report for the signature processes of the remaining
signature objects (DEVIAT, EVENTLOG, and STEP) to remove further
obsolete entries from the database tables
