    The operations of the reference operation set cannot be inserted since
    the interval between the first referenced operation and the next
    operation of the <GL:routing>routing</>/<GL:inspection_plan>plan</> is
    too small.

    If the operations cannot be inserted with the increment you have
    specified, the system automatically sets the increment at one. Even
    with this increment the operations cannot be inserted.

    How to fix this error?

    Increase the interval between the operations where the referenced
    operations are to be inserted. To do this, assign higher numbers to
    the operation or the operations that are to follow the reference
    operation set.
