with reference to revision level &V1&. You cannot do this because no
material status was indicated by revision level &V1&.

How to fix this error?

To display all changes to material &V2& which have also been indicated
by a revision level, in engineering change management, select the menu
options <LS>Revision level -> Material rev. level -> Display</>.
