  • What causes this issue?

This user is already registered for a test group. Multiple registrations
for the same user are not possible.
There are two ways of registering a user for a test group:
Explicitly, using Coverage Analyzer for a previously defined static test
    group.
Implicitly, by starting a coverage measurement using Coverage API: A
test group is generated dynamically when a coverage measurement is
started. All users assigned explicitly to the measurement before it
started are registered automatically for this measurement. If no users
were assigned to the measurement, the user who started the measurement
is registered for the test group. The registration is removed only when
    the measurement is finished.
Test groups created dynamically are only temporary, cannot be modified
manually, and are not displayed in Coverage Analyzer. Just like the
coverage measurements, they can only be accessed using Coverage API.
If you cannot find the test group in Coverage Analyzer, it must have
been created by Coverage API and a coverage measurement is currently
running for the user in question. It cannot be registered for another
test group until this measurement has been completed.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

The user cannot be registered until the current registration no longer
    exists. This means that:
if the test group is visible in Coverage Analyzer, you can modify the
    registration there.
    Otherwise, you have two options:
Wait until the coverage measurement currently running for the user has
    ended.
Use Coverage API to end the current coverage measurement explicitly.
