    The field has a data type, for example DEC, that cannot be stored
    unless it is first converted into a database key.
    The following data types are allowed:
    <LS>CHAR</> Character sequence
    <LS>NUMC</> Character sequence with numbers only
    The following data types are not allowed:
    <LS>FLTP</> Floating point number with 8 bit accuracy
    <LS>DEC</> Calculation or amount field with comma and +/- sign

    The system rejects the entry, as the field cannot be converted.
