    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Try to correct the errors.
They might have occurred for the following reasons:
The Customizing settings for the OLTP System and the CRM System do not
    match.
Check that the correct settings were transferred from the OLTP System to
the CRM System during the Customizing download and that any Customizing
data entered subsequently in the CRM System was also entered in the OLTP
    System.
The material is being processed in the OLTP System by another user or
process and therefore cannot be changed.
    Perform the upload again later.
In the OLTP System, there are certain fields in material master
maintenance (industrial or retail) which are defined as required entry
fields but cannot be maintained in the CRM System. They therefore cannot
be transferred to the OLTP System by an upload.
The upload must therefore be started manually in product maintenance.
If the problem occurs when you create or change industrial materials,
you should try and change the field selection for the fields which
cannot be provided with data by an upload. Make sure that these fields
    are not required entry fields.
If the problem occurs when you create or change retail materials, you
should also change the field selection here appropriately or create a
reference material for the material groups concerned. This will mean
that the necessary data which is not provided by the upload can be added
    automatically from the reference material.
