Message type: E = Error
Message class: COM_PME_PARSER - Configuration
Message number: 130
Message text: Net complete - constraint/rule cannot be entered in net
There is a maximum number of rules (value assignment alternatives for
constraints) which can be stored in a constraint net. This limit has
now been reached. For this reason, you can no longer enter the
constraint in the constraint net (active).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Assign the constraint to another constraint net, possibly a new one.
You can work with more than one constraint net at one time.

- Net complete - constraint/rule cannot be entered in net ?The SAP error message COM_PME_PARSER130 typically indicates that there is an issue with the constraints or rules that are being applied to a net in the context of SAP's Profitability Management (PM) or similar modules. This error usually arises when the system is unable to process a specific constraint or rule due to various reasons, such as incorrect configuration, missing data, or logical inconsistencies.
Causes:
- Incorrect Configuration: The constraints or rules defined for the net may not be set up correctly. This could include incorrect parameters or missing required fields.
- Data Inconsistencies: There may be inconsistencies in the data being used, such as missing or incorrect entries in master data or transaction data.
- Logical Errors: The rules defined may conflict with each other or may not be logically valid in the context of the data being processed.
- Version Compatibility: If there are updates or changes in the SAP system, certain rules or constraints may not be compatible with the new version.
Solutions:
- Review Configuration: Check the configuration settings for the constraints and rules associated with the net. Ensure that all required fields are filled out correctly and that the logic is sound.
- Validate Data: Ensure that all relevant master and transaction data is complete and accurate. Look for any missing entries or inconsistencies that could be causing the error.
- Check for Conflicts: Review the defined rules to ensure that there are no conflicts or logical errors. If necessary, simplify the rules to isolate the issue.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for guidance on the specific constraints and rules applicable to your scenario.
- Testing: If changes are made, conduct thorough testing to ensure that the error does not recur and that the system behaves as expected.
- Seek Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to SAP support or consulting with an SAP expert who can provide more tailored assistance based on your specific configuration and setup.
