    Important information

    How to fix this error?

Be aware that the old- and new transformation rule is not added to any
    transport request.
You must manually add the new transformation rule to a transport
    request.
If the old transformation rule has to be deleted in the system
landscape, it must be added to a transport request prior to executing
    this activity.
Trying to upload the new transformation rule (in the context of the
Posting Engine project download/upload) will fail if the target system
is not-modifiable. Such a new transformation rule can only be imported
by transport into a not-modifiable system.

    Procedure for System Administrators
