  • What causes this issue?

The automatic creation (incl. the copy function) of transformation rules
requires the information of a package (development class) where the
transformation rule shall be assigned to.
The package assignment later on controls whether such transformation
rules can be edited or transported (depending on the namespace of the
    corresponding package).
The package is a mandatory information for working with a Posting Engine
project and all underlying objects. Even you don?t have the requirement
to transport your project settings, the package information needs to be
    set. In such a case use the <ZK>Local Objects Only</> - $TMP - option.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Set the package on project level (for template objects, on area level)
    to be able to proceed.
