What causes this issue?

for all kind of source objects. For example, the standard execution
rules cannot be used for bill of exchange objects in the areas
<DS:TX.CNV_PE_TX_AREA_FI_AR_OI>FI-AR OI</> and
<DS:TX.CNV_PE_TX_AREA_FI_AP_OI>FI-AP OI</>. Such constraints can be
caused by the functionality of the transfer method (for example, the
function module) that is defined in the
<DS:TX.CNV_PE_TX_TRANSFER_METHOD>transfer method</> assigned to the
execution rule.
To enable the system to distinguish between objects for which the rule
can be used and objects for which the rule cannot be used, a transfer
