    Either the specified directory is not the correct export directory or
    the export preparation process has not completed successfully.

    (for example *.str files), as system was not able to find those files
    in the specified directory, it shows an error message.

    How to fix this error?

    Specify the correct directory where the export preparation process has
    created the control files (for ABAP systems it should end with
    .../ABAP).
    Check that the export preparation process has completed and it has
    created the control files at the correct location.
