    Rule CNV_MBT_CR_NOT_ALLOWED_ROLES is included in the global parameter
    GLOBAL_NOT_ALLOWED_ROLE. It is possible that the global parameter has
    more than one entry. The check compares the allowed system role with the
    not allowed system role(s). If the check is successful the error comes
    up.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
