A project can not be deleted as long as it has any subprojects assigned.
First delete all subprojects under the given project, then delete the
project itself.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If the deletion status is not initial then the deletion will not be
performed. The reason of this is that the deletion already performed or
that the program terminated with errors.
