The sender system is a real subset of the receiver system. This means
that an upgrade is necessary. However, HCM Migration does not support an
upgrade to a higher release.

How to fix this error?

You first have to copy your sender client to a client of a system, which
has the same release as your receiver system. Alternatively, you can
upgrade your sender system to the same release as your receiver system.
Only then can you continue with the HCM Migration.
