  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message CNV_IUUC_REPLICATION413 - Cannot load or replicate table &1 (key field issue); see long text ?

The SAP error message CNV_IUUC_REPLICATION413 indicates that there is an issue with loading or replicating a table due to a problem with the key fields. This error typically arises in the context of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) replication, where data is being replicated from a source system to a target system.

    Cause:

The error can be caused by several factors, including:

    1. Missing Key Fields: The key fields required for the replication of the specified table are not defined or are missing in the source or target system.
    2. Data Type Mismatch: There may be a mismatch in the data types of the key fields between the source and target systems.
    3. Incorrect Configuration: The configuration settings for the replication might not be set up correctly, leading to issues in identifying the key fields.
    4. Table Structure Changes: If the structure of the table has changed (e.g., fields added or removed) after the initial configuration, it may lead to replication issues.
    5. Authorization Issues: The user performing the replication may not have the necessary authorizations to access the key fields.

    Solution:

To resolve the CNV_IUUC_REPLICATION413 error, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Key Field Configuration:

      • Verify that the key fields for the table in question are correctly defined in both the source and target systems.
      • Ensure that the key fields are marked as primary keys in the source system.
    2. Review Data Types:

      • Check the data types of the key fields in both systems to ensure they match. If there are discrepancies, you may need to adjust the data types in the target system.
    3. Update Replication Configuration:

      • If there have been changes to the table structure, update the replication configuration in the SLT system. You may need to reinitialize the replication for the affected table.
    4. Check Authorizations:

      • Ensure that the user executing the replication has the necessary authorizations to access the key fields in both the source and target systems.
    5. Consult Long Text:

      • The error message suggests checking the long text for more details. You can do this by accessing the error message in the SAP system, which may provide additional context or specific instructions.
    6. Monitor SLT Logs:

      • Check the SLT logs for any additional error messages or warnings that may provide further insight into the issue.
    7. Reinitialize Replication:

      • If the issue persists, consider reinitializing the replication for the affected table. This may involve stopping the replication, making necessary adjustments, and then starting the replication again.

    Related Information:

    • SAP Notes: Check for any relevant SAP Notes that may address this specific error or provide additional troubleshooting steps.
    • SLT Documentation: Review the SAP Landscape Transformation documentation for best practices and guidelines on configuring and managing replication.
    • SAP Community: Engage with the SAP Community forums to see if other users have encountered similar issues and what solutions they have found.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the underlying cause of the CNV_IUUC_REPLICATION413 error.
