What causes this issue?

The same table can only be replicated in a maximum of four
configurations.
The following are the configurations that replicate the table with the
format, system ID: mass transfer ID.

&V4&
Note that it is not possible to get the mass transfer ID when a
configuration is on a different system. In such a case, N/A is displayed
after the system ID.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
