You cannot use the <ZK>Options for Archiving</> feature while a source
system server is archiving data. If you stop the source system server
from archiving data, you can use the <ZK>Options for Archiving</>
feature. To stop the source system server from archiving data, remove
the record from the field IGNO_ARCHIVE_DEL from table IUUC_REPL_CONFIG
in the SAP LT Replication Server system.
Note that if you stop the source system server from archiving data, it
will not affect any tables which are being replicated, that is, tables
for which triggers have been created. If you want to stop the source
system server from archiving data for tables which are already
replicating data, you must delete the triggers for the relevant tables
and recreate them. This means that if you already have a replication
running, the replication must be stopped, and a new replication
(including an initial load of the relevant tables) must be started. To
avoid repeating the initial load, you can apply SAP Note <ZU>2082199</>.
This SAP Note contains the report IUUC_REDEFINE_DB_TRIGGERS. In this
report, you can specify the mass transfer ID (MT_ID), leave field
<ZK>Lock Timeout Value</> unchanged, and then specify the relevant
tables in the <ZK>Table Name</> field. This means that you do not need
to stop and restart the replication (including dropping and recreating
triggers, and reloading the relevant tables).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
