    basis for carrying out the Upgrade analysis. Customer is requested to
    follow the below steps inorder to obtain the Knowledge Base Content.
    1. Provide SAP, the list of Used SAP Objects identified out of the
    activity "Find Used SAP Objects".
    The list of used SAP Objects can be viewed from the Activity Log ->
    Display Used SAP Objects.There's an option to download the list to excel
    or piecelist. Customer has to provide this excel or piecelist to SAP
    along with the Knowledge Base name used in the Project.
    2. Provide details about the system requirement (system to which he
    needs to upgrade) explicitly to SAP.
    3. SAP will get back to the Customer with the requested Knowledge Base
    content.
