    merged.
    If there are postings to the cost centers, then a merge of the profit
    centers is required.
    If there are no postings to the cost centers, then the cost centers can
    be merged; the profit centers do not need to be merged. We recommend
    that you engage the services of an SAP consultant to confirm that there
    are no postings to the cost centers.
    If you require support, contact SAP by creating a ticket using component
    CA-LT-CNV.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
