  • What causes this issue?

You want to change multiple charts of accounts in one step. To this
purpose, you made the corresponding number of mapping entries for charts
of accounts in the view <ZK>Old/new chart of accounts </>of the activity
<ZK>Specify Mapping Values (Chart of Accounts)</>.

    System Response

The system now compares the conversion requirements that result from
each mapping entry, and checks if they can be combined for processing.
A mandatory prerequisite for this is that the indicator for copying a
chart of accounts is set in the same way in all mapping entries (
<ZK>Copy Rows</> indicator in the view <ZK>Old/new chart of accounts
</>). Here, this was not the case.
If the <ZK>Copy Rows</> indicator is set, the master data of the old
chart of accounts is copied (and given a new ID) when the old chart of
accounts is converted into the new chart of accounts (and, if necessary,
accounts are merged or renamed), while the old chart of accounts
continues to exist without any changes in the system after the
    conversion.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Check the mapping again and make sure that the settings really reflect
    what you plan to do.
If you cannot unify the indicators for logical reasons, you have to do
    the conversions using separate packages.
