    Downloaded data (old chart of accounts, new chart of accounts, old
    account, new account) was changed before upload.

    System Response

    The system cannot identity the uploaded data record. Therefore no update
    will take place for this data record.

    How to fix this error?

    Make sure that the current critical merge groups for item categories (as
    specified in the online mapping) are the same as the critical merge
    groups in the downloaded file.
    Alternatively, either repeat the download and upload or maintain the
    missing priorities directly in the mapping activity.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
