  • What causes this issue?

Table CESETS and CEFORMF contain report painter data (criteria behind
    the rows/columns/General Data Selection)
Report painter definitions can (among others) contain G/L account
numbers (RACCT) or cost elements (KSTAR).
In order to consistently convert a G/L account/cost element it is
essential that the organizational unit - to which the G/L account/cost
element belongs to - is identified.
Due to the complexity of such reports this determination of the
organizational unit is not always possible. In such situations it is not
    possible to convert the field.

    System Response

The determination of the organizational unit is not possible for record
ApplClass and Subclass &V1& (as of table CEFORMF)
    Library: &V2&
    Report name: &V3&
    Value: &V4&
    The record was not converted.

    How to fix this error?

After the conversion, check the report manually for semantic
    correctness.
Go to transaction GRR3. Choose the library, to which the report belongs
    to.
Check the correctness of the indicated G/L accounts/cost elements
    manually

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
