    The new number range input on the screen is not defined properly in the
    system.

    System Response

    Check the Customizing settings in table NRIV, the follwing checks were
    made.
    The new number range must be assigned to the company code to which old
    number range belongs.
    The new number range TOYEAR must be greater than or equal to the TOYEAR
    of exhausted old number range number.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
