How To Fix CNV_10996073 - Internal delimitation table &1 does not contain any entries

CNV_10996073 - Overview

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: CNV_10996 - Messages for archive conversion

  • Message number: 073

  • Message text: Internal delimitation table &1 does not contain any entries

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

When reading table &V1& (which is to be used as the leading table for
archiving object &V2& for delimitation and determination purposes), it
was found that it has no entries for the current block.
This table &V1& is used to determine for archiving object &V2& the
organizational unit to which the data object that is being converted
(object no. &V3& in the archiving session) belongs, and to find out if
this data object actually participates in the conversion. (See also
    transaction CNV_10996_DTFLD)

    System Response

As there is no record for the leading table in the data object <zh>that
is currently being processed</>, it is not possible to determine
<zh>forthis data object</> to which organizational unit it belongs.
All delimitations or determinations that are based on information from
the leading table will not produce any results, and the related fields
    will not be converted.

    How to fix this error?

Either a necessary function module for reading data from archiving
classes is not available (see error message CNV_10996, no. 040 in this
log), or a wrong table has been entered as the leading table in
    transaction CNV_10996_DTFLD.
If only a few records are affected, you must (can) find out from the
application team (by opening a customer message?) why these few records
were archived without an organizational unit.
<ZH>All other records were converted correctly.</>
