SAP Error Message - Details

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

During the phase Preprocessing programs BEFORE system lock the system
checked whether data in FI-CA (tables DFKK*) needs to be changed. The
result was that no data needs to be converted, so no mapping for FI-CA
    data was created automatically.
The system repeats this check in the phase Preprocessing programs DURING
system lock which is also the current phase. This time the result was
that data should be converted. The reason for this discrepancy usually
is that relevant postings in FI-CA have been made between the first and
the second execution of the check program - which should not be the
    case.
Because the fields in the tables DFKK* did not contain any relevant data
at the time when the conversion programs were generated, these fields
are not considered the conversion programs.

    System Response

Conversion stops with a red light (error)

    How to fix this error?

The generation of the conversion programs has to be repeated so that the
new data can be considered. As a rule, this means that you have to
create a new conversion package and start all over again. If you need
support, contact SAP by creating a customer message.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
