A scan block includes several cluster blocks. The upper border of a scan
block therefore has to be the same than the max value of the last
included cluster block.
For cluster block &V1& the check could not be performed because of a
missing max value.

How to fix this error?

There is nothing to do. Min/max values should be stored to increase the
performance of the scan. This is not a must.
