CNV_10020_PARAMP), the relationship data for &V3& &V4& has been divided
into &V1& blocks for the purposes of partial loading. The block size
calculation resulted in an average of &V2& records per block.

If the cardinality is 1:N or N:M, the source determination values can
have more than one target determination value assigned. Because a block
you want to load must necessarily contain all relationship data for a
source determination value, the actual number of entries in some blocks
may be higher than the calculated block size.
For cluster data, the block size must always be a multiple of the
package size to be filled. If this is not the case, the value is
adapted internally in accordance with this rule.
