Message text: Multiple path &1: all alternative paths are flagged as "exclude"
It was found that all stored alternative paths for multiple path &V1&
are flagged as not for use. However the multiple path itself is not
flagged as not for use. Consequently the system assumes that the
multiple path is meant to be used after all. However the multiple path
does not contain any alternative paths that can be used.
If you do not want to use multiple path &V1&, set the exclude indicator
at header level.

- Multiple path &1: all alternative paths are flagged as "exclude" ?The SAP error message CNV_10020058 indicates that during a data migration or conversion process, the system has encountered multiple paths for a specific data object, but all of these paths have been flagged as "exclude." This typically occurs in the context of SAP's data migration tools, such as the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit or other conversion tools.
Cause:
- Data Mapping Issues: The paths that are supposed to be used for data migration may have been incorrectly mapped or configured, leading to all alternatives being marked as excluded.
- Configuration Settings: The settings in the migration tool may have been configured to exclude certain paths based on specific criteria, such as data validation rules or business logic.
- Data Quality Problems: The data being migrated may not meet the necessary quality standards, causing the system to exclude all paths as a precaution.
- Custom Logic: If there are custom enhancements or logic applied to the migration process, they may inadvertently lead to the exclusion of all paths.
Solution:
- Review Configuration: Check the configuration settings in the migration tool to ensure that the paths are correctly defined and not inadvertently marked for exclusion.
- Data Validation: Validate the data being migrated to ensure it meets the required standards. Look for any inconsistencies or issues that may cause the paths to be excluded.
- Check Mapping: Review the mapping of the data objects to ensure that they are correctly aligned with the target structure. Make adjustments as necessary.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to the SAP documentation for the specific migration tool you are using to understand the criteria for path exclusion and how to resolve it.
- Debugging: If you have access to debugging tools, you can trace the migration process to identify where the exclusion is occurring and why.
- Seek Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to SAP support or consulting with an SAP expert who can provide guidance based on your specific scenario.
