    Source package not defined for field &V1& of table &V2&. This can happen
    if more conversion packages are blended together and more than one
    package wants to convert the field &V1&. The problem can also occur for
    manually added conversion-relevant fields if the current conversion
    package was created from more than one source package.

    The lack of source package definition may lead to unsuccessful relevance
    check during the conversion which usually causes the wrong data to be
    converted.

    How to fix this error?

    Provide the source package for conversion-relevant field &V1& of table
    &V2&
    If you choose a conversion routine that belongs to a given source
    package then the source package will be filled automatically. If there
    is only one source package available it will also be updated
    automatically. The source package should only be specified explicitly if
    a custom conversion routine is provided.
