  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

For profit center (KOKRS=&V1&, PRCTR=&V2&), all company codes that can
take postings (in table CEPC_BUKRS and CMDT_PC_BUKRS) are marked for
    deletion.
Up to now, profit center (KOKRS=&V1&, PRCTR=&V2&) in controlling area
&V1& could only take postings from the related company codes as defined
in table CEPC_BUKRS or was flagged as ready for taking postings in
table CMDT_PC_BUKRS, but not yet activated. These company codes will
    now be deleted.

    System Response

    Warning message.
Profit center (KOKRS=&V1&, PRCTR=&V2&) is suggested for deletion.

    How to fix this error?

Find out if the profit center can really be deleted.
There are the following options: The profit center (KOKRS=&V1&,
PRCTR=&V2&) is not deleted after all. Table CEPC_BUKRS will be deleted
via the company code. Table CMDT_PC_BUKRS will be deleted via the
company code or object numbers. Consequently, all related entries will
disappear. The profit center can then take postings from all company
codes that belong to the controlling area (and previously could not
take postings), respectively the required changes are made in table
CMDT_PC_BUKRS. If table CEPC_BUKRS is changed, please note: Because all
company codes that can take postings for the profit center
(KOKRS,PRCTR) will be deleted, the profit center might be obsolete and
could be deleted. If this is the case, it could be added to the list of
profit centers that are marked for deletion. For table CMDT_PC_BUKRS,
this would apply to the entries in the table. Once the respective
profit center has been activated, the situation is the same as for
    CEPC_BUKRS.
