  • What causes this issue?

When executing a conversion, you can specify that you want the
conversion to take place only in certain organizational units (such as
company codes or controlling areas). If you do so, the system checks
during the conversion to which organizational unit each record of a
table belongs. Depending on whether its organizational unit participates
in the conversion or not, each record is either converted or retained
    intact.
For the shipment packages, it is possible to specify if this function is
active for the package, if it can be activated, if it must not be
activated or if the decision on whether to activate the function or not
is taken during the conversion depending on the package settings.
If activating the function is allowed for a package, the system asks you
during the package creation process if you want to activate the
function, and if yes, by which organizational unit (company code or
controlling area) delimitation should take place.

    System Response

The conversion package is meant to be created based on multiple shipment
packages. When checking the settings for delimitation by organizational
units, the system found that the settings for the different shipment
    packages are not compatible:
For each conversion package, exactly one setting for delimitation by
organizational units exists. If multiple shipment packages are meant to
be run together, their settings must be harmonized. In the given case,
this is not possible because the packages use incompatible settings.

    How to fix this error?

Find out which shipment packages are meant to be combined and if there
    is an alternative solution.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
