    You cannot change object &V1& &V2& because at least one of the
    following system statuses is active:
    LCK locked
    TECO technically completed
    CLSD closed
    DLFL deletion flag active
    DLT deletion indicator active

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    The system does not execute the change. The individual BAPI ends with
    errors.

    How to fix this error?

    Only change objects in the BAPI for which none of the above mentioned
    system statuses is active.
