  • What causes this issue?

    Your data contains references to standard XSteps (number: &V1&).

    System Response

    After the successful import of your data, all SXS versions of the
    imported standard XSteps have the status <ZK>In Process</>.
    The imported reference relationships are inactive.

    How to fix this error?

    To activate the reference relationships, you need an SXS version of the
    referenced standard XSteps which is valid as at the key date and has the
    status <ZK>Released for Test</> or <ZK>Released</>. Set the desired
    status for the SXS version.
    After the import has been carried out, save your data before starting
    the processing of the SXS references.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
