CMX_POC_WI025
- Not possible to delete (Control instructions/recipe &1 not yet executed) ?The SAP error message CMX_POC_WI025 indicates that a control instruction or recipe cannot be deleted because it has not yet been executed. This error typically arises in the context of process order management or production planning within SAP, particularly in the Chemical Management (CMX) module.
Cause:
The primary cause of this error is that the system is trying to delete a control instruction or recipe that is still in a pending state or has not been executed. In SAP, certain objects, such as control instructions or recipes, have dependencies and states that must be satisfied before they can be deleted. If the instruction or recipe is still marked as "not executed," the system prevents deletion to maintain data integrity and process consistency.
Solution:
To resolve this error, you can consider the following steps:
Check Execution Status: Verify the execution status of the control instruction or recipe. If it has not been executed, you may need to execute it first before attempting to delete it.
Review Dependencies: Ensure that there are no dependencies or linked objects that are preventing the deletion. Sometimes, other processes or orders may be linked to the control instruction.
Change Status: If the control instruction is not needed, you may need to change its status to a state that allows for deletion. This could involve marking it as "inactive" or "obsolete" instead of deleting it outright.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources specific to the CMX module for additional guidance on handling control instructions and recipes.
Contact Support: If you are unable to resolve the issue through the above steps, consider reaching out to your SAP support team or consulting with an SAP expert who can provide more tailored assistance based on your specific system configuration.
