    You have changed the utilization for the real estate to<ZK> Self.</> The
    valuation details for the earlier utilization that were calcualted using
    the income capitalization (ICM) method have now been deleted.

    The system does not allow you to perform valuation for utilization
    <ZK>Self </>using the Income Capitalization method

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to retain the earlier valuation details using the ICM
    method, you must change the utilization to values other than <ZK>Self
    </>and perform the valuation for the real estate afresh. You can do this
    by choosing the <ZK>Income Capitalization</> tab page in the screen -
    <ZK>Valuation Summary.</>
