method, you must change the utilization to values other than <ZK>Self
</>and perform the valuation for the real estate afresh. You can do this
by choosing the <ZK>Income Capitalization</> tab page in the screen -
<ZK>Valuation Summary.</>
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
