What causes this issue?

This error appears when you try to change business partner details but
the system fails to locate the business partner details for the real
estate object.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can either assign existing business partners to the real estate
object or create new business partners. To create new business partner,
choose the <ZK>Create</> icon at the bottom of the business partner
details table.
