  • What causes this issue?

The temporary receivable or the collateral agreement identification was
not replaced with a number from the number range. This could be because
of an internal error such as incorrect sequence of function calls while
    updating the charges details.
The temporary identifications must be replaced by permanent
identifications from the number range before the function module <ZH>
CMS_API_CAG_RBL_SAVE</> is called. The functions <ZH>CMS_API_RBL_SAVE</>
and <ZH>CMS_API_CAG_SAVE</> call the function <ZH>
CMS_API_CAG_RBL_MAPPING_SET</> to pass the temporary and permanent
identification mapping to the <ZH>CMS_API_CAG_RBL_SAVE</> function.

    System Response

    The charges cannot be updated.

    How to fix this error?

Ensure that the functions <ZH>CMS_API_RBL_SAVE</> and
<ZH>CMS_API_CAG_SAVE</> are called before the call to
    <ZH>CMS_API_CAG_RBL_SAVE</>.
