Message text: Manual reductions will be lost in the query
During your search, you have performed a manual reduction of sets of
hits and now you want to store the search history as a query. However,
in queries, you cannot perform manual reductions.
The system deletes all steps with manual reductions. You can save all
remaining steps as queries.
<ZH>Caution:</>
Deleting the manual reductions distorts the search result. The amount
of results is however always increased and never decreased.
On the following screen, you can save the query without manual
reduction, or cancel the saving of queries.

To resolve this issue, consider the following steps:
Save Query Changes: If you want to keep the manual reductions, ensure that you save the query after making the changes. This can often be done by saving the query variant.
Check Query Properties: Review the properties of the query in the Query Designer. Ensure that the settings allow for manual reductions to be retained. Look for options related to "manual filters" or "user-specific settings."
Use Query Variants: Instead of relying on manual reductions, consider creating query variants that include the necessary filters. This way, you can easily switch between different views of the data without losing your settings.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific guidance on handling manual reductions in queries. This can provide insights into best practices and configuration settings.
User Training: Ensure that users are trained on how to properly use queries and understand the implications of manual reductions. This can help prevent confusion and errors in the future.
