    Procedure for System Administrators

    In Customizing, make sure that:
    The start date and start time have been set for change document creation
    (CD_PROTOCOL_START_DATE and CD_PROTOCOL_START_TIME environment
    parameters)
    Change document creation is activated (CD_NO_CHANGE_DOCS for all the
    change documents in <ZK>Product Safety and Stewardship</> and
    CD_NO_CHANGE_DOCS_AT_SPEC_PHRS for the change documents for
    specifications and phrases).
