    The selected reports cannot be assigned versions because there are
    reports with an earlier generation date or the same generation date and
    an earlier generation time that have the status "Completed".

    System Response

    The system terminates versioning for the selected reports. That is, the
    reports are not assigned the status "Released", but instead remain in
    the status "Completed".

    How to fix this error?

    Ensure that you release the reports in the order in which they were
    generated ("Accept" action). You can also ensure this by releasing all
    reports with the status "Completed" together.
